Westcott, DDS, and Sujay Trivedi, DMD, our experienced team provides integrative and multidisciplinary dental care for patients ages eight and up. That means we look at your whole mouth, and your whole situation, before recommending anything. A sore tooth might call for a filling, a crown, or root canal therapy. Missing teeth might be best addressed with a bridge, a partial denture, or dental implants. We take the time to explain those options in plain language.
Our approach grew from the belief that patients should not have to travel from office to office to get complete care. Under one roof, in our state-of-the-art facility, we offer everything from routine exams and cleanings to crowns, smile makeovers, and emergency visits. When a case is complex, we handle treatment planning thoughtfully and coordinate with other specialists when that is the right path for you.
A common worry we hear is, "What will actually happen when I come in?" Your first visit typically begins with a conversation. We want to know what brought you in, what has worked or not worked for you in the past, and what you hope to achieve. From there, a dental exam and cleaning with our dental hygienist help us understand your current oral health, including cavity detection and an oral cancer screening.
After the exam, we walk you through what we found and what we suggest, without pressure. Here is what you can generally expect:

Teens and adults may come to us for clear aligners such as Invisalign, or for retainers, even if their orthodontic treatment was done elsewhere. Adults often look for cosmetic improvements like in-office or take-home teeth whitening, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, or digital smile design to plan a complete smile makeover.
Other patients need restorative or more advanced care. We treat gum disease with scaling and root planing and ongoing periodontal maintenance, and we perform gum grafting, crown lengthening, and gum contouring. For those missing teeth, we offer dental implants, implant-supported bridges, snap-in and implant-supported dentures, All-on-X and full arch implants, as well as conventional complete and partial dentures. We also repair or replace existing dentures, and we provide full mouth rehabilitation when many teeth need attention at once.

Because we handle root canal therapy on front teeth, premolars, and molars, as well as root canal retreatments, simple and surgical extractions, and wisdom teeth removal, many urgent problems can be addressed right here. Many of these services do not require a referral, so you can call us directly.
